The Cultural Human Resources Council (CHRC) has been developing occupational profiles and competency charts for an increasing number of cultural occupations. These are useful for determining and describing the skill sets these workers have developed 'on the job' (transferable to other work) and also to help people who want to work in these occupation find out what skills they already have and what they may need to train for.
